back at least 3,000 years, this traditional healing system
of India addresses health (body), happiness (mind) and
inspiration (spirit) treatments in the Tibetan tradition,
whish has preserved ayurvedic knowledge in a pure and effective
form. All offerings begin with a simple touch test to determine
which dosha (body energy) is most in need of balance. |

This
rejuvenating ritual begins with the gentle anointing of
twelve marma (vital energy) points with essential oils
to calm the mind, followed by a complete body ritual, including
warm foot stones to draw heat and stress down the body.
Finally, a fine stream of warm sesame oil is poured over
the middle of the forehead (third eye) for approximately
20 minutes, calming the brain waves and allowing the deepest
level of relaxation. This is the treatment for those who
have forgotten what relaxation feels like. Please prepare
to spend 2 hours with us.

Tibetan Eye Rejuvenation: |
Ideal
for those whose day includes computer work or suffer from
tension headaches. Relaxation begins with the anointing
of twelve marma (vital energy) points and continues with
scalp, hand and foot ritual to draw heat and tension away
from the head and scalp. The treatment culminates in a
fine stream of warm sesame oil playing on the third eye
for approximately 20 minutes, releasing any lingering stress
and bringing deep calm.

Vataki Foot Ritual: |
In
the Ayurvedic tradition, your treatment begins with a scented
footbath & neck warmer, then proceeds to a full reflexology
treatment performed with anise-coconut lotion. The soles
of the feet are then vigorously rubbed with a "three
metal bowl" to draw heat & toxins out, and finally
dusted with herbal cleansing powder & warmed towels.
This is a beautiful, relaxing ceremony, balancing to body,
mind and spirit.
